The User will, in any case, be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, and ZEXEL reserves the right to exclude any User who has provided false data from the services, without prejudice to any other actions that may be applicable in law.

Users are recommended to protect their data with the utmost diligence using appropriate security tools. ZEXEL will not be responsible for any theft, illegal modification, or loss of data.

  • Data provided through WhatsApp chat: Will be retained for the time necessary to address and resolve your inquiry or request and, subsequently, for a maximum period of one year to follow up on the inquiry.

  • Data related to commercial and promotional communications: Will be retained until the User requests their removal or withdraws their consent.

  • Data necessary to comply with legal obligations: Will be retained for the period established by the applicable legislation.

In all cases, when you unsubscribe, oppose receiving promotional information and updates, or withdraw your consent, your data will be blocked during the legally applicable periods in case of claims and subsequently deleted once this period has elapsed.
