ZEXEL PAY VERIFICATION TYPE

Identity verification (ID verification)

Identity verification is a process by which Zexel Pay confirms and validates an
individual’s identity. This verification is mandatory to access the complete
functionality of the services provided.

With their identity verified, content creators can request payments via Amazon
giftcard, Revolut, Paypal and Wise.

For bank transfer see section above: “Freelancer verification”.

Steps to verify my identity:
1. Fill out the mandatory information on your profile.
2. Upload a valid ID document (passport, DNI, NIE or NIF, CIF or VAT)
3. Check that the information entered matches the information in the ID
document provided.
4. Click “Save and exit”.

Zexel will then confirm and validate the information provided. We will notify you with a
resolution within an estimated 48 hours.

Freelancer verification

The freelancer verification is a process by which Zexel Pay confirms and validates that
an individual can issue invoices. This verification is NOT mandatory.

With this freelancer verification (or similar), the content creator can request their
payments via bank transfer.
In addition, if they have their identity verified by Zexel, they can always request their
payments via Amazon giftcard, Revolut, Paypal and Wise.
Steps for freelancer verification:
1. Fill out the mandatory information on your profile.
2. Upload a valid freelancer certificate.
3. Fill out the information on the “Bank account” section.
4. Click “Save and exit”.
Zexel will then confirm and validate the information provided. We will notify you with a
resolution within an estimated 48-72 hours.
